Crawlspace Medic of St. Louis

Crawlspace Medic of St. Louis handles moisture problems under and inside homes across Greater St. Louis, the Missouri suburbs and the Illinois Metro East. The work covers crawl space inspections, encapsulation, repair and waterproofing, plus basement waterproofing with interior drains, sump pumps and French drains. Repairs include damaged joists, sills and subfloor that water has already reached. Every project starts with a free inspection with photos, and the findings are the homeowner's to keep. Financing is available. Premium vapor barriers carry lifetime material warranties, and the crews install heavy-gauge barriers above code minimum. The company does not underpin foundations, level slabs or inject foundation cracks, and refers that work to a structural specialist. It is part of a larger network with more than 30 locations. Rated 4.8 from 129 Google reviews, 122 of them five stars.
